Since we started in 2021, we’ve helped 163 people start their careers in finance, with 13 completed Diploma qualifications to date. We've also helped over 150 advice firms to get started or begin to scale. And we're just getting going!

There are two core programme currently running:
Our New Talent programme is designed to attract new people into finance, funding their initial qualification, helping them learn the ropes and working to find them their first foothold on the career ladder.
Our New Business programmes support advisers looking to launch their own advice firm (exciting!) as well as those already running businesses to get foundational structures in place to allow them to grow. There are three, fully-funded courses available.
