Full funding for qualification costs, including two exams, to achieve a Certificate in Financial Planning.

Study spans 6 months, with 2 exams across the full period, about 3 or 4 months apart.  

Preparation for each exam includes 3 types of learning: self-study, one to ones and workshops.  

Self-study: Flexible enough to fit alongside everyday life! Study in your spare time, on a structured timeline that suits you.  

One to ones: You’ll have regular get-togethers with the Verve Foundation team. They’ll keep you on track and lend expertise, support and guidance.

Workshops: A chance to connect with your cohort peers, and better understand the industry, job roles available, and what to expect after qualification.  

To be successful on the New Talent programme, we ask that you:

  • Commit to around 80 hours of self-study across 6 months.

  • Attend all your workshops (or watch the recordings).

  • Commit to every single one to one session with openness and honesty.

  • Integrate yourself in the community by seeking help and supporting others.

  • Ask questions. Lots and lots of questions!
