We have had an amazing few years since we launched back in 2021, but spent the latter part of 2025 really focussing on getting ready for the next phase.

Our mission hasn’t changed; we want to help the foundations in finance. This means helping attract more people to the sector, to help them kick start their careers. It means ensuring more of the public recognise how important financial advice is to them, by breaking down the stereotypes. And it means helping more advice firms to get up and running, so that there’s more supply to keep up with the demand.

We know that people who get financial advice are £47,000 better off, on average, by the time they reach retirement.

This is why it’s crucial to help continue to build out financial services, to benefit more and more people to achieve their own goals.

To help us scale this we have started with a new website (you’re on it!) as well as some new team members (go check them out!) But there’s also loads more coming, as we share the impact of the work done to date, as well as amplify our work and overall reach.
