By day, he helps financial planning firm owners to grow profits, win back time and build a business that runs without them. He works 1-2-1 with owners to create clear growth strategies, build accountability into their business and fix team, process and client gaps that block revenue.

He's also driving to change the face of finance, joining us as a mentor for advisers on our New Business programme, guiding them through the challenges they're facing and supporting the success of their new firms.
